ACTING ADVENTURES WITH YOGA
Grades 1-3
New this spring, Acting Adventures with Yoga is an engaging and interactive yoga course for grades 1-3 that will take young actors on a journey of themed acting adventures through yoga, mindfulness and storytelling. From learning characters to friendship partner poses to collaboration and community your child is invited to take a deep breath, grab your passport, and step aboard your yoga mat as we learn about ourselves and the world around us. You’ll be invited to partake in our session finale showcase; highlighting all the skills and fun we’ve had throughout our adventures! Yoga mats provided!
